So far so good. Having an issue with my Samsung fridge which is still under extended warranty through Lowe's. The first company they sent out was awful and told me they didn't know the cause and there was no solution. Lowe's then sent Brownies. They came out today, found a bad water valve and are ordering a replacement ice maker. It will take a few weeks to get the parts, but after dealing with both Samsung and Lowe's repeatedly, I feel like it will finally be fixed. Will update review after everything is complete, but compared to the other provider, thus company is by far more professional, seemed to know what they were talking about, and actually listened to what was going wrong with the fridge.
