  • While I am still happy with the dental and cleaning work I received, I'll be looking for another dentist. Two times my original charges were raised after visits. The first one was under insurance and that one was understandable. However, the second one was while I was private pay. I did not ask to pay part of the bill. I paid the full total the woman in front told me I owed. Then later, the charge was raised $48.60. When I asked for an explanation I felt as if they assumed it was my fault and not theirs. Their sarcastic "Have a nice day!" sealed the deal. Dentist?...good. Front office staff?...rude, inaccurate, and sarcastic.
