  • In August it'll be 1 year since I bought my new car, Slade who was my sales guy is awesome. I just don't like how long the process takes as I continuously fell asleep. The only problem I have is when I call to talk to someone in the service department or have an inquiry. Sometimes no one picks up the phone, and when I do get transferred to a dept I get hung up on. It's happened on multiple occasions and it's very frustrating. But once you bring you car in for maintenance the service people are really friendly. I might be ready for a different car soon.
