  • Let me first start off about the appearance of the hotel. From the lobby the lobby rugs were dirty and stained and there was a certain odor which smelled like a Public urinal. We were then showed our rooms, the bathroom fan was hanging, the lamp shade was stained with a jelly coloring. The other lamp shade, the metal part that holds the bulb was bent. The drawers on the entertainment center was broken. The work desk had a look that was banged around, the table wood was chipped. The refrigerator door was hanging, the towel door rod was used as as window protector and window screen was dirty. The beds were very low, there was no spring to the bed, and the sheets were dirty. I was afraid to use the bed blankets. The television had poor reception. That is what I pretty much have, I had very bad experience and refuse to stay at this place again when I am in Phoenix until things are changed and upgraded. I hope this review helps others make sure not to stay at this place.
