  • This place has a vast assortment of costumes and everything you need in order to plan a party. That being said, they really need to step up their game on the customer service side of things. The staff is knowledgeable about their inventory, helpful and enthusiastic, when you can hint them down. For such a HUGE store, it is seriously understaffed. I went on a weekday at an off hour for 1 simple easy item and it took approximately an hour for an errand that should have taken 15minutes max time. Brutal
