I had originally booked a room in the gold spike tower but then upgraded to a room at the oasis by the pool. I'm glad I did because the room was really nice and modern. Rose who works at the front desk is awesome! She was very helpful and courteous. She made sure I got a parking pass so I could keep my car parked in the lot by the hotel during my stay.
This hotel is a hidden gem. It's close to Fremont St. so that's a plus. The hotel has an outdoor entertainment area with lots of games. Oversized Jenga, beer pong tables, tetherball, fire pits, and many more things to do. It's a really cool spot to hang out and relax with friends. I wasn't annoyed by the noise level like some of the other reviewers but then again I had the ac running all night so that drowned out most of the noise outside.
The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I witnessed two front desk girls being extremely rude to a customer during checkout. Their tone was condescending when answering the customer's questions. It was pretty clear that they were annoyed (lots of eye rolling) and just wanted to get rid of the woman. These two definitely need to learn some customer service skills.
Aside from this my experience was great and I wouldn't mind staying here again during my next Vegas trip.
