NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Rip off!!! Well, let's start that the only right thing they did is to show up on time. The quote for the move was was between 350 and 400$. Was moving from large 5 br house to a 2 br apartment(divorce). Everything was packed and prepared. All my sons showed up and the circus started. I guess they saw that expensive house I was in. Moving boxes from second floor to fist, from first to garage and from garage to the truck. After hour 3 I knew something was up. I called the manager about his employees behavior just to hear: What do you want me to do stop the move? So it dragged on.
Then we arrived at the apartment. Before they even started unloading they demanded payment of 700$ or they were holding my belongings hostage. I was outraged.Cash only. After I gave them ALL 700 I had left the foreman refused to me a receipt. I was on the phone with the manager again listening to bunch of bull crap why they don't provide receipts. By that time I lost it and was screaming that If I don't get a receipt my next phone call will be to police. So after that they miraculously found the receipt book. So after 10 hours of move that should have taken most 4 hours (1 bed,1 couch,1 fridge, some boxes, not even a dinner table) I was exhausted. But it was funny to hear the guys speaking Spanish between them that it should have not taken so long(yeah I do speak Spanish too). So avoid at All cost.
