  • Hot mess of an experience. After receiving several recommendations for this salon, I decided to book an appointment for myself and 3 others to have our hair done for my wedding. About 6 weeks before, I went in for a Halo extensions consultation, only to be told that the front desk mis-booked and I could "come back another day", as they did not have the color swatches to correctly match my hair. Since I live 3 hours away and traveled home specifically for this appointment, I was obvious very disappointed and decided to forgo the extensions. Fast forward to my wedding day, I wait almost 30 minutes for my stylist. After showing her the style I wanted, she informed me that she couldn't braid, but not to worry because another girl could do that part of the style. While having my hair styled, I informed my stylist multiple times that I wanted very loose waves, but she proceeded to give me ringlet curls because "it would fall out" and "my hair didn't hold curl" (it never fell out) Then I'm informed that my mom and grandmas appointments were accidentally cancelled by the front desk, and that they would have to go to the McAdenville salon to have their hair done. An hour and a half later, I finally walked out of WHS behind schedule and looking like I was heading to 8th grade prom. Ended up having to restyle my hair myself 30 min before I walked down the aisle.
