  • The worst stay at any hotel that I've had in a long time. Booked 3 night stay through expedia. Was proposed a queen bed room with complimentary breakfast. We get there and the entire hotel is booked for the weekend so we can't exchange rooms. Even though its not advertised, we find out that all of the rooms facing the indoor pool do not have heat. Only air conditioning. And we only find this out after pumping the AC on and then reading a note on the inside of the unit that says if you want heat open the window to the pool area. Which we did. And it that doesn't heat up the room it just makes it muggy and humid. I poke my head out into the hall and I see portable heaters outside all of the rooms on one side. And fans on all of the rooms on the other. Apparently, the rooms on the other side of the hall have a heater but no air-conditioning so they need to open a window to the cold to get their cool air. Needless to say, we were uncomfortable the entire trip. And none of this was told to us at check in. Not even the $32 a day parking that is not included. Also, the rooms are not set up like normal rooms. The are set up long ways so the TV is an entire football field away from the bed. In the morning, we get downstairs and go to the breakfast restaurant and ask about our complimentary breakfast. And they turn us down and say we don't have it. So we eat elsewhere. On the final day, we eat there anyway. And after the meal they tell us they made a mistake and we had 3 days of free breakfast we didn't use. The worst part is this: On the last day, my wife takes a shower and, while using her razor that she left in the shower from the previous days, she begins to question the razor she is using. She thought she had a disposable blue razor that she bought and the one in the shower that she was using was black. She gets out and checks and sure enough all of her razors were blue.... meaning the cleaning staff changed and incorrectly replaced her razor. And she used it. She used a used razor from someone else.... absolutely disgusting. If someone else has a disease and cut them self and my wife used it..... I'm getting sick again even writing this. Worst... experience... at a hotel... Over priced for the terrible quality you get.... but it's connected to a casino... only benefit. Not worth it. Stay somewhere else.
