  • I've been getting my oil changes here for some time now because they only charge $14 but it seems like every time I come for just an oil change, they find 5 more things wrong with my car that I should fix that end up costing me thousands of dollars. I changed my brakes about a month ago and ever since then, it's been making this screeching sound every time I brake. I brought it in for a brake check and Damien said that I had to change my wheel hub assembly which would cost $562 dollars. I said no thanks and I brought it to 3 different auto places for a second opinion including Toyota. All 3 places told me that they probably used cheap brake pads and that my car was driving fine and it did not need a new wheel hub assembly. They also told me that usually when you get your brake pads changed, they're supposed to resurface the roters which USA didn't do. I brought it to USA auto service a second time for another brake check. Dropped it off at 8:30 this morning. It's now 5:30 pm and they still aren't done with my car yet. Took over 9 HOURS to replace the brake pads and now they're telling me I need to replace the Roters. It's ridiculous how dishonest these people are. I will no longer be coming here. BEWARE!! Come here if you want to pay for things that your car does NOT need!!
