  • This place is charming, with its view of the grill, and it's plethora of waiters/waitresses, Norm's feels like a hometown breakfast joint. I ordered the 8 oz sirloin steak and sunny side up eggs, my boyfriend ordered chocolate chip pancakes with a side of sausage and home fries. We both also ordered iced coffees, hazelnut for me, vanilla for him. We both ordered refills, I stated 'another hazelnut iced coffee, please?, my boyfriend said' can I get another iced coffee?' they brought me hazelnut both times, they brought him regular, so when he asked again, he made sure to say vanilla, he still got regular. While the food was amazing, the service wasn't as good as I thought it would be, we were helped by several different waiters and waitresses, and they would always come back and ask us again what we ordered. I got tired of repeating myself. If you want great food, I definitely recommend. The four stars are a testament to that. I just won't be back based on the service.
