  • Well, Im glad to hear some people did get a tour and it wasnt just me.I am of latino decent and never have ever pulled the uncomfortable race card until i came here.I live one block away and my wife and i just cancelled out Lifetime Athletic club due to a change in my daughters school so i though well its right a block away why not.WELL let me tell you a red headed girl answerd the door and just looked at me like"what do you want?"...uncomfortably i askes if i could get some information on their program.she rolled out the hours and time and a short version ...nothing else as she still has not invited me in and i am STILL at the door.after she was done she juts staired at me uncomfortably and finally i broke the silence with"well can i come in?".she sighed and let me in finally,walked me over to a desk and pointed at the rates .then stared at me again as if "are you done now or not?" i looked through out the room ,there was only one customer in there so it wasnt like it was busy.so i looked over and asked her what the training room was she just pointed and didnt even ask to show me.i asked her "what was the water theropy?" she pointed again not walked me over to see it cause it was behind a screen.Now keep in mind she hasnt even asked me to sit down yet.Never have i ever went into any establishment and felt like this til now.I told her would keep it in mind and ask if they might have a brouchure she said "no". very awkward.i think cause i was in my casuals she maybe thought i dont"belong "there.We are home owners and and and can go anywere we want.I am also embarrased that you guys moved here in out area to treat people this way. Maybe shes a Manager or owner ,all i remeber is she was red hair girl and wore a silver ID bracelet. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE I KNOW THERE.iI deal with luxury well educated people all day and would NEVER treat any one this way.Nice to see other customer got the tour that i though was customary at a athletic club.I fshe just an employee well shes not helping your cause.We are a non confrontational and passive family why would i tell anyone to go there to be treated like scum? Big dissapointment i was really looking forward to going there.
