  • Such a horrible experience. The customer service is so poor it's unbelievable. The inflight cabin crew were disrespectful to passengers and were lacking common courtesy. I mean really?! In flight cabin crew are basically glorified waitresses...they are in the customer service industry, the least they can do is show some respect. Not just in flight, the AA employees wandering the airport are just as rude, one literally was yelling at me in a bitchy tone to zip my suitcase up pre-security. I have never been treated so poorly. The TSA agents agreed she was being rude for no reason. This airline is whack and not worth the money. And they have horrible drinks on the plane and no snacks! It's so dumb. I wish they would go out of business and their employees don't get any jobs in the customer service industry again. I've flown the airline a few times and always have a less than pleasant experience.
