  • This is my hotel of choice when I go to Phoenix. Primarily because there is a Culver's across the street. I've never really had any bad experiences here. I wish the beds were a bit more comfortable. They have that stupid knob on the side that's supposed to make the bed soft or firm. Doesn't ever feel soft. Other than that, my room is usually ready before check in time. The people at the front desk are always nice. Parking is easy and free.
