  • The place is neat with welcoming staff and a decent ambience. My stylist was courteous and kept asking me my preferences which was considerate but got a bit too tiresome for me. I mean, I do respect the gesture but I like a minimum fuss haircut which does not involve answering numerous questions on how I want each area to be cut - how short, how thin etc. They claim to put in "notes" about you which would be referred to by other stylists in any of their outlets during subsequent visits, which makes the aforementioned process a one time effort. Nevertheless, I found it a bit too cumbersome. The only reason I decided to give them a try was that I had a coupon for $7.99. Bottom line - Average haircut, courteous staff, welcoming place, fussy process - may or may not go back.
