  • This Place has become Jackson's I've been using this location for Oil changes and washes for the past 9 years and never had a problem. But after my experience today I will never return. I arrived at 8:30 am to get an oil change and wash. The sales man offered to Shampoo my mats and seats for an additional 10 dollars and promised that it wouldn't take any additional time. I agreed and went inside to wait for the oil change to be completed. at 9:30 they called me up for the oil change completion and I paid the clerk. (no issues to this point other then the 1 hour wait for the oil change. with no other cars in the bay) When they called me over to pick up the truck I noticed the carpets hadn't been shampooed nor the seats touched. I explained to the gentlemen that I was told for the additional 10 dollars I would have those things done. He took the receipt and talked to the manager. He returned saying that I paid for leather conditioning and the mats would be 4 dollars extra. (There is not one bit of leather on my entire vehicle). I asked if he did the leather conditioning and he said YES! I was so angry I just left. They can keep that extra ten dollars because they will never see another dime from me. I hate to say it but after almost a decade of patronage I will never return.
