  • Rude and unprofessional. Didn't even know to let nails soak in acetone to get shellac off. Used some kind of filer for acrylics. They don't care about healthy nail care. The place is grimey too. I also tried to come into get shellac soaked off (that they put on) but they wouldn't see me because I didn't have an appointment. The broad didn't even ask me what I wanted or even asked if I wanted to schedule an appt. Just yelled across the room that they couldn't take me because I didn't have an appointment. Rude broads. Will. Never return. Even my daughter said they didn't want our money?? Never go back there! I concur!
