  • Hmm... I love the valley's other cartel locations and I'm not going to let this experience stop me from visiting, but I wasn't impressed. Staff were quick at taking orders - took a bit to get my drink, but there was hardly a line. I got a small dirty chai. I guess I had never had their dirty chai - I was surprised when I was told it was $5.50. What is this? Over priced crappy Starbucks?? I was even more surprised when I got the cup. It was smaller than the standard small cup. Lastly, if I'm gonna pay $5.50 + tip... I want my coffee to be damn good. The brew tasted burnt and that overpowered the chai. I should have just gotten a regular coffee or a latte. I am definitely disappointed.
