  • Sold me a used car, one issue with door locking, car seemed fine otherwise, was told "no problem, we'll fix" next day. Brought back in, and manager literally said "oh, we just said we'll look at it". Yeah , i know, should of not signed the dotted line, but, something so simple, and you look me in my eyes, shake my hand, and not follow through, that's just dishonest. And what upset me even more is that the manager's argument for a sticky lock was, "its technically not broke" huh!! It's not working properly, and I was promised it would be "FIXED". So now, 1/2 broke is not broke???? After a heated argument, mechanic, pulled me to the side after over hearing argument, gave me the 'wink wink' took it back on his own, and 'fixed it' but seemed to do it on his own, obviously fearing the manager. I was owed an apology. At least someone did the right thing. Just don't go here!!!! Not worth it. There's a lot more things I want to add, but I'll just leave it at that. DisHonest, fake, and poor customer respect. BEWARE!!!!
