  • I took my wife out to a special movie date to pamper her for her "special" birthday....she would KILL me if I stated her age. We arrived early because we were told the theater opens a little early to get settled and drink/food service begin. We sat and awaited our order to be taken, we noticed a server taking orders around us and I waved him over, he kindly apologized and stated we were not his area but assured us Tatum would be over shortly. Apparently we have different definitions of shortly...she came around TEN MINUTES later!! I had told my wife I would go and get us some drinks to tide us over but she told me to relax and wait, which I did, but I really wanted this to be a special night out for her and I felt as though she were missing out. By the way the other server not only had the other patrons drink out to them but he had taken their food orders! When Tatum finally made her debut it was just as the screen was to go dark for the upcoming attractions. The only reason I gave the two stars because the food was very good and the comfort of the theater. I reached out via email to let them know how our night was and I received an email from Melissa apologizing and letting me know someone would PROMPTLY reach out to me....this was Christmas eve and I am still waiting....again with different versions of what "promptly" means. I was sent a follow up email to let them know how they were doing with their follow up but it went to my spam and when I tried to respond it stated that I could no longer submit it because the case had been closed. In all reality because of the loving kind of wife I have she said she was very happy with everything I just felt for the kind of money we put out for "VIP" service I was left wanting.
