  • This being my neighbourhood bike shop I should really be supporting business like this, and I'm sure there are die hard sports enthusiasts that live and die by this place. For my minor family needs this place just doesn't do it, and doesn't even try. Maybe it's my fault for expecting a discount on fine tuning kids bikes, but the $130 I paid for getting two tiny pink bikes tuned (two days late by the way) really didn't give me much confidence in this place. I paid the fee with no complaint because in the end anyone charging labour on top of a tune-up price really doesn't want my business. They really didn't care. I am never going here again. This isn't the first time I noticed that this supposedly Jane and Bloor stalwart has no interest in the people that live in the area. I bought Kryptonite lock for double what the same lock cost at Canadian Tire. The prices are not competitive and service is poor, why should I bother.
