A few months ago, I had dropped off some items that were incredibly sentimental to me. Made sure the staff knew exactly what needed to be done and how I wanted my items cared for.
So much to my surprise, when I came to pick them up the items they were completely ruined. They were practically shredded and unrecognizable. The owner texted me, promised me to make things better and would reimburse me...only problem is the items are pretty rare and hard to find.
So after months of back and forth, the owner still has not followed up on her promise to reimburse me. Bad business and really, I'm more disappointed that my items (which are sentimental and came from a family member who has since passed) are no longer in good use.
I have simple advice for you: Don't take your clothes or personal items here to be dry cleaned.
