  • Do not come here!! I signed on for the membership with the option to cancel within 3 months, the cancellation is to notify them 30 days in advance. I signed up in January and notified them in feb I would be cancelling since I did not like my massages. I paid in full the month of march- their requirement is for you to speak to the manager. She does not return your calls ever. I spoke to her bc she had called me when my card did not go through... I told her I was not satisfied and she wanted to help find me a good massage therapist since I was not happy I said that was fine to use my remaining massages for feb and march but to not charge me for the month of April. April 1st came and my card was charged- I've called numerous times and even stopped in - the manager never returns your call. The receptionist was a bit helpful hence giving at least a star since she said she would credit my account for April- but still no credit shown, I'm hopeful she kept her word. I wouldn't put it past them to charge me again for May but I most likely will either cancel my card or have my credit company block them!
