  • Am really confused as to the hype about this place. Yelp usually is a good indicator with their star system. However I suspect that several yelp users are throwing out stars like they are candy. The restaurant would have received a 3 stars for food just because the meal the four of us had was overall average. However the service & atmosphere bumped it up to a 4. It's not your typical Thai decorated restaurant. However,having that said, there was no real wow factor to the decor. The other reviews had hyped this place up so much that walking in was a little let down. It had a chandelier. Big whoop. The service was excellent - the food was served fairly fast. We tried 4 different appetizers - the house specialty was crab lettuce wraps. Sorry to say someone in our party referred to them as cat food. We also had the spicy spring rolls that were recommended. These were pretty tasty. The Quail Eggs were good. Had some sort of deep fried pork & shrimp app that was bland on its own without the accompanying sauce. Massaman Curry Pork was actually not spicy at all even though we ordered it as medium spice. This is definitely NOT better than Lotus of Siam & Nittayas Secret Kitchen knocks the socks off Chada.
