| - We visited this nail salon about six months ago, we were happy with our services but things have changed. I brought my mother and daughter with myself for a day of pampering. My mother had a mani and a pedi and her ladies were wonderful. They spoke to her the entire time, laughing and joking around, they both did an amazing job. My daughter just had a pedi, her tech was just okay. My tech was horrible, I paid for callous remover and she only applied it to one foot, barely took any rough skin off, I could have done better myself with a file. She seemed disgruntled, bothered and distracted. I had such a terrible experience that the package I was going to get (44.00 for remover, sugar scrub, lotion massage, shoulder massage) was changed mid stream and asked for her only to finish. To add insult to injury I told the manager of my experience and she had no empathy. After explaining to her that I did not get my full service she still tried to charge me the package price. Whoa, not cool. I made her add up my services ala carte and even though I only saved 5.00 it was worth the conversation over the price. As far as I was concerned when someone complains it should be taken seriously. No one should be stressed out over this type of service. We will never return.
