  • I've been with Evolve for over 4 years. I was renting a house that we found had a ton of scorpions. The landlord and property management company refused to take care of it, so we took matters into our own hands. Evolve not only took care of it, but the prices were more than reasonable and every technician I've had has been very mindful of my pets. When I bought a new home and moved into it, my contract came with me at no extra charge. I've been so happy with their service that I continued on a month-to-month service since my 1 year contract expired for the last 3 years. I have had the same 2-3 techinicans for most of those years. They are all competent, friendly, and show up within the estimated hour window of service time that is sent via email. Jeanette in the office has always been kind and very easy to talk with. I've only had scheduling conflicts (my own) and she is very quick to help find a time that works for me. Good price, consistent service, and no issues with billing. Definitely recommend.
