Last October I started a complete remodel of my home. Totally gutted the whole house except for the title and other miscellaneous areas, I think you get the picture. I asked the employees at Sherwin Williams who they would recommend out of several bids on painting and three different employees all said John Floyd would be their first choice. John is a very nice guy and I think if he would have painted the house himself it might have turned out better. He did a lot of extra work, but he was compensated for that as well. But in my case, a nice guy doesn't mean I got a nice paint job, infact it was a disaster. The crew he hired I don't think they gave a damn. One guy was fired after two days on the job. He goes by Tank the painter, don't hire him. Anyway, if your a painter can't cut in, you really should use tape. There isn't a window frame in my house that doesn't have paint all over it and several of my wood shutters as well. I hope you have better experience then I had.
