  • I'm an SPG gold member, and frankly, I'm surprised that Sheraton would put their name on this place. The Bad: Dirty, dated rooms Rude desk staff Rancid food from room service MIA management staff - there was "no MOD" during my stay Outer doors other than main entrance have non-functional card readers The good: The location is fairly central Jon the bartender - very kind Costa Vida is right across the street (you'll want to find a different food option) In short - avoid this place. The Aloft Tempe is just down the street, and it's a far superior Starwood property. I've stayed there several times, and they will treat you like family, unlike this place. You can do better!
