  • One of the worst complexes I have ever lived in. Don't get me wrong the apartment was nice, but that was is. weidner has made this complex a joke. Constant construction that inconveniences residents. They don't care. Our upstairs neighbor was super loud every night at 3AM we filled multiple complaints (none which were documented) and then they said "oh you need to prove it. Take a video of the noise". So obsurd. Our parking space is so far away from our apartment and don't even get me started on where I need to park since I'm the second car. Never have the same employees in the office, dog poop everywhere. Expect your water to be turned off 90% of the time and expect to pay $70 a month for water. Don't rent from here!!!
