  • SUBCONTRACTORS BEWARE...we worked on several projects for this company and they refused to pay for completed work. After months of waiting we informed Kristen that we have the right to place mechanics liens against the properties where work was performed and she texted back saying "ok". Our crew was cursed at and told to do more work than was originally agreed upon. She is a huge nightmare to do work for and at the end will only end up refusing to pay. We did great work on her jobs so quality of work is not the issue, she is the issue. STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS. Homeowners should not do business with someone who is willing to allow subcontractors to place a lien against their homes because she doesn't pay.
