  • EXTREMELY OVER PRICED , BAD EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don't mind paying a lot for something if it's worth it. But this was a waste of money. You pay the entrance fee. And then you have to pay for tokens to feed the animals and stuff. Went in there and it's nothing like what they advertised. I felt like we were at Petsmart or Petland. They advertised it like you could hold the reptiles like the snake which my daughters were looking forward to. I asked the lady how holding a snake works. Her answer was "it just depends when they're out" "sometimes we do reptile shows" so ok cool, i asked her what times would they bring the reptiles out today and what times and days were shows. and she said "honestly I don't know. It varies every day depending on the time and our staff" "I don't know" .......I'm already paying $100 the least the staff could do is let people know what time shows are and what times their reptiles are available so we can take full advantage of our tickets. Horrible. I could've went to my friends house to just feed fish for way less than $100. Oh and take an umbrella since they had roof leaks through out the whole place which ruined my purse. Don't go here. Save your money. It's nothing like they advertise.
