  • I avoid this Starbucks because of the extremely slow service. I was in the area this morning with my two young boys and popped in to get a coffee and snack for them. Really bad idea. Long line, employee did not know how to ring drinks properly and had to get help. My order ended up holding up the line as I had to wrangle my children because it took so long for her to figure it out. The order was a kids vanilla steamer I've successfully ordered dozens of times. Drinks took at least 10 minutes, for some customers it seemed to be about 15. I noticed complaints throughout the store. The woman who seemed to be managing was friendly enough, but was walking around cleaning windows. As someone who has worked in this industry I believe the manager should step in when things are going this poorly. Corporate needs to step in and figure out how to make this Starbucks function properly.
