  • NOTE: This was at Dr. Kaplans' previous location on Maryland Blvd. Different office. I haven't been to this, newer, office. He now has a different staff. Good move Doctor! The previous office admin wasn't good enough for you!! I'm used to waiting in this waiting room for an hour and a half - two hours...Today, I had shown up at 400 for my 415 appointment. At 5:30 someone poked their head in and asked what I was here for. I said my 415 appointment. I was told that DOCTOR KAPLAN HAD LEFT!!! WTH?!?! The woman (not the receptionist) asked if I wanted to reschedule...are they high!?!?!? Maybe THEY can afford to keep leaving work early, but I can't. I've never been treated so rudely as I have in this office (on every visit, not just this one) and today was the last straw.... Believe in the low ratings this office gets. Customer service they have no clue.. But they know how to take your money..to the point that they always over schedule appointments so you end up sitting there for a very long time. I always knew that a doctors office that makes you sit there (consistantly) for longer than 15 minutes has no idea how to manage an office. I've put up with it one too many times - but that all the receptionists would leave and leave me sitting there while the doctor goes home is totally uncalled for and rude. rude. rude. rude. Poorly run office. Totally mismanaged.
