  • If I could give less then 1 star I would. My wife and I normally love Jamba Juice, but this location has piss poor customer service. Not only did they not greet us , but they just both had an attitude like they hated their jobs. The lead on duty ( Ryan ) messed up both of our drinks and refused to remake them even though the mistake was on their end, and gave nothing but attitude about it, when asked for a refund due to not remaking the drink. We are not very picky and the drinks were simple, no extras added no extra instructions besides making it slightly thicker, but whatever he had done made it completely tasteless. Customer service is something this guy needs to work on or find a new job because being an ass over something so simple is not Manager material!
