My Sports Medicine doctor wanted me to do some physical therapy for my ill designed lower back. I laughed when he informed me that he would not recommend his own facility for PT to patients but rather he did recommend Kinect Physical Therapy. Since this place was recommended to me by him in addition to being convenient for me I decided to come here. I didn't know what to expect since I never heard of this business but I was willing to give it try. Making my first appointment was super easy and I was seeing right away. Initially,
I dealt with Linda at the front counter who I cant say enough good things about. Several months ago Trudy was also hired and both Trudy and Linda work the front counter. They both are super nice, caring to the clientele who come in to be treated for all sorts of PT ailments. Since I began receiving PT from Rick Berry in November of 2017, Rick has been excellent taking care of me. Kayla who works with Rick is amazing as well! Once Rick completes performing his magical Dry Needling to my lower back, Kayla assists me with my PT training. I got to say since I have been coming here I have been feeling so much better! In May, I began working with the on-site trainer, Josh, he has been helping me strengthen my core, back and all the other muscles that support my back. Since I have been doing both PT and strength training I have noticed a substantial difference in my quality of life. I have reduced the pain medication I was taking to relieve me of my everyday pain and I am able to do some of the things I have not been able to do for a while. Josh really seems to be knowledgeable with both exercise nutrition. And yes... for the thirty minutes sessions working out with him, you will sweat. "NO PAIN NO GAIN" Right? Since November I have met these really wonderful people here and coming here feels like I'm hanging out with friends who really care about you and your health and Quality of Life!
