  • Giving this place 3 stars because when we came here the customer service was so slow! We were sitting on the couch we wanted to buy for like 20 mins until someone walked over to apologize for the delay. It's a huge warehouse, but when we were helped it was a quick transaction. Delivery is usually 48 hours, since they had our couch in stock in store, but they also gave us an option to rent a truck for $19 ($24 after taxes) for 75 minutes to take our couch home then bring the truck back. That versus $49 for delivery seemed like the better option. So we did that took the couch home and as soon as we got home the chaise part of the couch was wobbly, even before we put the pegs on. So we call them they gave us two options wait two weeks for their repair guy to come out and take a look at it with no guarantee of them fixing it OR take it all back and exchange it. I said we will take it back but we won't pay for the extra time needed to do all that, and they agreed. Overall a ok experience, they had nice furniture but make sure you set it down on a flat surface before taking it home! The customer pick up people were very helpful at the end with the exchange though.
