  • Essence air helped me out big time. I came home to a 90 degree house and a dog that was in distress. I called my home warranty and they assigned a company to my issue. The company assigned to my work order has yet to call me. I called and spoke to Eric's wife and told me Eric would be over between 8 and 8:30 PM. He showed up was honest told everything was fine with my system except the condenser fan motor. He replaced it and did not try to up sell anything. It is rare to find a business in this day and age that goes the extra mile and not gouge someone in a desperate situation.
