When I showed up, there were two agents assisting customers. One agent then left leaving just one person to service both the normal and business customer line. I'm a business customer and I had to wait about 15min for service with no one ahead of me. I would have liked to use a kiosk, but they were all down.
This review would have gone further south if I had not been upgraded to a larger vehicle. I was traveling with two others, and the original car would not have fit all of our luggage. The agent in the garage was much more helpful than the counter agent and that individual made up for the less than stellar counter service.
