  • NO STARS because COCKROACHES, in the bed, on the wallls. We booked through Hotels.com and what a mistake. The first room we were checked into the lock was broken and ranked of cigarette smoke, even though it was non-smoking, so they switch us to the room next door. This room had cockroaches on the bed, when my boyfriend went to complain and attempt to get some of our money back from the 2 day reservation, the manager refused because he had switched our room because of their broken lock, absolutely irrelevant. More cockroaches show up on the walls and in the carpet.
