Could have done better.
I am a gold member which means I am supposed to be able to skip the main line and go right to my car. My flight was overbooked and I had to take a later flight. I called Hertz to provide updated flight info so I could skip the line as a gold upon arrival. When I landed, I received an email saying I had to go to the gold counter rather than right to my car. I did so and nobody was there and my name was not listed on the eboard for a car so I had to go back to the regular counter and wait in line, which was now backed up with one person waiting. When it was finally my turn she informed me that the gold counter was closed and whoever I talked to on the phone didn't adjust my reservation but cancelled it! :( I had reserved a full size car snd whenI finally got my car it was a several year old jeep with over 40k miles :(; lots of rattles; and a non working dc power supply!
