  • There was a piercing alarm going off in the building and clearly audible (and horrible) in the waiting room. Already headed to urgent care because I'm feeling tremendously ill, to be told there is "nothing they can do about the alarm and it won't be turned off until Monday" lead me right back out the door to a different facility. Certainly not an atmosphere that is set up for wellness.
