rev:text	I don't really know who give reviews on Yelp and if they are real or honest people. I started to go to this salon when they were opening only couple of years ago in Bloor Village. At the beginning they were better and they went down. The nail store is clean though. First time I gave up on this salon 7 or 8 months ago as in 2 visit paying each time for Mani-Pedi ( Shellac ) hands and design which they say 5$ and it's written there and each time they charged different from 10$ to 20$ my case I paid around $84. It's crazy ? Don't you think? I thought their work or design is good so I tried other places and I find good ones but further away from me and inconvenient. ( Pls anyone if you know a good one in the area give me a suggestion ) Bloor village or Humber bay. So if this time I gave up again and I thought I don't bother writing about them as Kim was even shouting at me last Sunday only 4 days ago that they were busy and I could go back another time. When I made appointment this time originally I made it with her sister and emphasised I didn't have time fully on Sat and is that ok I first do mani-pedi on Sat as they were busy and return I Sunday for Polish? I was going out on Sunday eve. On Sunday my appointment was at 3pm and since I could do a bit earlier I called and said I could make it ahead if they got time and works for them and they said come at 1 instead. This is how it all started right after PAYING $84 in total in2 parts once on Sat and rest on Sun I went to the car. On Sunday I learnt some nails where not properly shaped or polished and one even broke even though the girl who was doing it said I had good nails. Then on Sunday after polishing it, right after I left the salon I looked and saw some little bubbles or whole on the shellac on my hand. You see 7 or 8 months ago when I quit this salon it was because after a day of leaving salon I had some chips on the shellac and had to return the following day to fix at least 2 and in the other time 3 of my nails. Do I have time to do that each time ? No it's busy life and no one like to repeat a service that we pay more compare to other places. Correct? Yesterday after only 3 days one of my nail shellac on the left hand which I use less is chipped and part of the shellac is gone. I don't am mostly on the computer or driving and do not wash dishes or cloths and any other use of hand !!! The 2 nails had bubbles and appeared little holes on my right hand the same day after leaving salon and retuned. Instead of apology she said first it was because of my nail they are wavy and then she started screaming at me that they were busy and I could return anther day or time!!! Does Kim think I have my time only to go there repeatedly each time after a service paying $84 for same service I get but further distance from my location $64 and fix their bad services? So last time I gave up 7 or 8 months ago as it happened twice and I had to return to salon to fix them. And this time again the Shellac had bubbles same day of service and after 4 days on another hand and finger it started to come off and chip!!! Paying $84! And Kim yelled at me as they don't have time and I have to return .... I got 2 of their stamp card full and didn't use it and that shows how many times I visited since the begging and return even after 8 months of quitting only because location is good for me and I didn't try others in the area near them as I considered as new business and tried helping. Seems like they don't want to help their business and their loyal client. I am just adding to my previous review as after not even 4 days of my visit to this nail store paying more than $80 if I remember somewhere around 84plus, 5 of my nails shellac came off completely. 3 on the right hand and 2 on the left hand. As You remember the same day I complained as there were some air bubble on them and when I went to salon I heard this Kim depressed screaming that they don't have time and I must return another day. Wow who is saying this salon is a place to go?
