  • I cannot recommend this place at all! I am attempting to get a surgery scheduled with Dr. Lisa Roberts and also her husband Dr. Donald Roberts. It has taken over 1 week to get a return phone call from Lisa, the surgery scheduler. Lisa lied on the phone about the surgical privileges that Dr Donald Roberts has in order to attempt to get me to have both surgeons be from this office. Dr Donald Roberts works for a different practice. She does not want him to be the supporting surgeon. Michelle in billing is also incompetent. A doctor from this practice was the secondary doctor during a C-section I had earlier this year. They billed me twice without consent for the co-pay. I recommend Desert Perinatal or any other practice in the city. Dr. Lisa Roberts is amazing, but it is hard to get to her. My last visit took 2 hours and I was with my three children ages 4 and under. I recommend going else where! Do not waste your time here. You will be disappointed.
