  • OK, let's get this straight. I had the best pork chop of my life here. It was the double cut pork chop, prepared in the sous-vide method, cooked for over 18 hours, a la cryovac. The portion is a bit gigantic, so you'll have some for the next day. :) Based on this alone, it should be a destination spot for any restaurant aficionado.
