  • Do not Do not DO NOT live here if you could help it. They are very unprofessional in the way they do business and treat you.The apartment upon moving in had a broken toilet seat and a clogged sink the VERY FIRST DAY! They take advantage of foreign exchange students that come to this country only for school. The bookkeeper lady made my cousin and her roommates pay the security deposit twice because she was "too busy" to keep track of things like that. I had to go into the office kicking and screaming to figure out was happening and she ended up blaming whoever had calculated the payment before (which was her!) and had to stop mid-explanation to shoo away her DAUGHTER that was running around the office. Every single complaint call you have with them, majority of the people you talk to are rude and condescending. They do not budge at all for moving days even with budging less than 24 hours. The only good parts about this apartment is that maintenance was quick and the location is good, other than that keep away as far as you can. You are not human beings in their eyes.
