  • I am so very disappointed in my experience with this location. This location has gone downhill. Which explains why there has been so much turnover in staff at this location as well. I have spent way more money at this company that I would care to admit. I originally went for my chin, I was told that because of where the hair was I needed to add my upper chin. I understood what Jessica explained to me & hesitantly agreed as they offered a life time guarantee. (It was not pointed out to me that there was a co-pay for each additional treatment.) I was seeing the same nurse for all of my treatments which was great as she was able to know my progress, until she quit. From that moment on it was a downhill disaster. Black Friday 2016 I decided to add my underarms & upper lip because things seemed to be going so well. When I met with the new nurse I mentioned that I was seeing some dark hair growth in an area that I did not have prior that was near the area they were treating. She explained that sometimes that can happen. I said can I talk to someone because there seems to be something wrong with that. I also mentioned that I still had significant growth on my areas originally purchased & that the nurse I had been seeing stated that she would escalate that because she agreed it was significant still. But when I signed up I was a perfect candidate because of my dark hair. She said she would check on that. It was the week of Thanksgiving, I spoke with the sales rep & explained my concerns, I paid for an area that is not completed & now I have hair where I didn't before. She made a call to her manager & her manager stated she understood my concern. That if I was willing to purchase the area where I was seeing the additional hair growth she would have the nurses continue to treat my original areas purchased. I asked the sales rep will this be documented in my chart or will I need to explain this situation over & over again. She said no we will make sure you are taken care of. They asked if I could come back in about an hour & I could actually start the additional treatments. So I did & I signed up and start payments on the additional area. I was thankful that they were making things right. Fast forward to most recently. I was there for my appointment and I noticed she was not marking off all the areas. The nurse was confused. She said your two extension treatments were completed at your last appointment. I had never heard anything about extension appointments. I explained to her what happened. She said hmm I don't have anything in your chart about that. She said she needed to go check something. She then went and got her manager. Her manager said, I am so sorry but that was not me I am new I just started here & that is not policy and unfortunately there is nothing in your chart about that. She said I needed to get blood work done to check my levels to see if there is something more as to why the process is not working. I told her I had blood work done to rule out PCOS & my Dr said my levels are fine. She said, we would need to see those results & go from there. I told her I feel like I was lied to & conned into buying more services & now I am SOL. I asked for her boss's information, she stated that she could give me her email that, that is all she had for her & that she is on a plane right now any way. I asked again you don't have a phone number for her, she said no. At this point I was livid. I said just do my treatment, so I can go. I obtained my blood results & forwarded them to Michelle, the center manager. She responded to my initial email: "Thank You for sending me the hormonal panel you had completed. Do you know if they tested you for your testosterone and progesterone levels as well? Those are the only 2 things we need and then we can move forward from there. You may already have those and if so can you just forward those to me?" I forwarded those on to her & never heard back. I received my call for my appointment tomorrow today & when Sydney asked if I wanted to combine my appointment next week with tomorrow's appointment I asked if Michelle had gotten an answer about rectifying my situation with my original areas, she placed me on hold. Michelle got on the phone & said so I have reviewed your chart & we are only able to treat the jawline (the most recently purchased area). I asked why that is. She said because there is not anything in your chart & at this point it is just a he said she said situation. And that, that is our policy, we completed our two extension treatments & that is it. I ask her for her manager's phone number did she now have that. She said that her manager will be in their office tomorrow & that I could call then. I explained that I have my appointment tomorrow I would like to speak with her then. I asked her if she could confirm that she will still be there when I come in. She said yes. So we shall see but as it stands I am at a loss.
