  • Getting my clothes altered never occurred to me until I needed a better fitting dress to attend the upcoming charity ball at my college back in October. That was when I discovered Anna's. This is definitely the place to go if you need something altered! My experience with them was beyond satisfactory. I was promptly greeted by the friendly workers behind the desk as I enter through the doors. The woman who assisted me was extremely attentive as I told her what I wanted done. Afterward, she was more than happy to lead me to the fitting rooms so I could change into my dress in preparation for the pinning. I felt like a princess as I stood in front of the mirror with my dress on while an employee helped pin my dress to fit me better. Initially, I was only worried about the dress being too loose around my waist, so I only asked them to take the waist in; however, the woman at the desk suggested additional changes to make the dress even more flattering on me, like taking the hem up a bit. In the end, I decided to take her suggestions. I am so glad that I did! When I got the dress back, it fit me perfectly! The dress definitely would not have looked as flattering if I had not taken her advice. It felt as if the dress was specifically made to fit me! I loved the place and will undoubtedly go back if I need alterations for other clothes! The pricing was reasonable and the service was phenomenal!
