Was quoted one price on the phone and charged a different price when I got there after the haircut. When I called to make the appointment, I was very specific in my questions to make sure I was clear on pricing. When I asked to see manager about pricing, Manger told me "Sorry, we can't guarantee prices over the phone". Have NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING. I have never seen a business run so poorly. when I called to explain my side to the owner, he talked over me, would not let me get a word in, insulted me and then hung up on me. Have never had such bad service in my life. With social Media as big as it is, I cannot believe that anyone would take a chance at having a bad review. The old story goes " have a good experience, and tell 1 person, have a bad experience and tell 20". I will tell everyone I know about this experience. I have heard other complaints about this salon from friends . Some of the staff have no idea what they are doing. The owner claims to be a "Christian". Extremists....
As I read through the brides bad experience , I can see exactly how that happened. Never mind that the party spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars there. That didn't seem to matter to the owner. He wanted those 2 appointments that were missed paid for.
I will make sure that everyone I know hears about how money grubbing this low class salon is. True class takes responsibility .
