  • Consistency is key for any national chain restaurant location. Unfortunately, this Dunkin's location is consistently awful. If anyone in front of you orders anything more complicated than a coffee, I recommend having lots of work emails to get through on your phone or a good time-killer game on there. A dozen donuts is packed so slowly and deliberately, you'd think they were handling fissile nuclear material. The two people ahead of me ordered multiple dozens of donuts each. That cost me a 30 minute wait for a simple iced coffee. Oh, plus, count on your coffee coming whatever way they've been taught is "standard" as your customizations, no matter now simple, will simply never happen. The location is generally understaffed at peak hours (2 employees). Born and raised in Boston, I'm a huge Dink's fan. However, I'll be headed to the local Caribou now.
