  • This is the best Starbucks. I ordered on my phone and went to pick it up. They had done one of my drinks incorrect (should have been hot, but they made it cold) No biggie, I went in and explained it to them, they were very nice, and apologetic. They made the new drink for me right away and I was out the door. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them says a lot!!
